The hotel has an excellent location, close to the city center and bus station. Good restaurant and affordable spa. Helpful staff. Gorgeous building with rich history.

We loved the hotel's ideal location, as we were close to the city center and within driving distance of nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a spa and restaurant with affordable prices. The staff, especially the young lady at the reception, were friendly and helpful during our stay.
Everything was spot on.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the city center and close to plenty of restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the surrounding area. the breakfast was tasty and had a good selection of food. the hotel also had great facilities, including a sauna and swimming pool.
Some areas of the hotel had a bit of a smoky odor.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location in the dead center of town was absolutely perfect - I could easily explore the city center and access various attractions. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests I had. The room was cozy and stylish, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the fast internet, allowing me to easily stay connected. Plus, the spa facilities were top-notch and provided the ultimate relaxation experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel had a great location, close to the city center, which made it easy to explore during the Christmas holiday. The breakfast offered was tasty with good choices, and the rooms were clean which made our stay comfortable. , the hotel building had an interesting history to it, which was a bonus.
There were some major letdowns during our stay. There was no air conditioning and the windows couldn't be opened, which made the room unbearable during the night.

Located right at the city center with easy access to many restaurants and theaters. the breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. the rooms were well-furnished with great internet access.
The hotel lacked cleanliness with dusty rooms and soap bottles left behind by previous guests. the staff lacked customer service skills and the hotel had an overall smoky smell.
